Binomo Withdrawal Approved but Not Received in Bank Account

I have a Binomo VIP account and on 14 June I requested a withdrawal of 28,526 INR from India via IMPS, which is the only available method and is normally an instant transfer. On the platform my withdrawal is shown as successfully approved, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. In the past, all my withdrawals through IMPS were received instantly, so this is the first time I am experiencing such a problem with my account. I contacted Binomo customer support and they told me to wait three days, but despite the status showing as successful and IMPS being an instant method, there is still no amount reflected in my bank account. The withdrawal concerned is identified on my side as the 28,526 INR withdrawal with reference code 36a88da3e5254c24a8f1154fa96db***. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that my missing 28,526 INR withdrawal be either credited to my bank account or clearly resolved, and that I be informed in detail about what happened to this transaction.
