Binomo Withdrawn Amount Not Credited After Multiple Complaints. It's 5th Day
I am a VIP client on Binomo, and I am writing about a serious issue with a withdrawal to my bank account that has still not been credited. On 8 February 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 28,200 from my Binomo account to my SBI bank account in India. In the app, the transaction with ID 6cebcfd5d7b24bdd9d33f536ebf45ff6 shows as completed, but I have not received any amount in my bank account. It has already been 5 days since the withdrawal, which is far beyond the stated processing time. As a VIP client, my withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 4 hours, yet this one is still pending on my side despite being marked as completed on your side. I have contacted Binomo support, but I keep receiving the same auto‑generated message that withdrawals take up to 3 days, even though that period has already passed, and no concrete solution or clarification has been provided. I request that Binomo immediately credit the 28,200 to my SBI bank account or urgently resolve whatever issue is blocking this payment. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and why the VIP withdrawal time frame was not respected.
