I am writing to report a serious problem I am experiencing with Binomo regarding my withdrawals. On 31 March, I requested a withdrawal of 37,000 INR via bank transfer to my bank account in India. After I placed the withdrawal request, the status remained pending for about three days, and at the end of this period the withdrawal was cancelled by the system without a clear reason. Following this, I submitted another withdrawal request for the same amount through bank transfer, but exactly the same thing happened again: the request stayed pending for around three days and was then cancelled. The most recent cancelled withdrawal is linked to transaction ID d227d62582914e97a5f767aa70d45c48, with my personal ID 175864***, dated 4/2/2026, for a withdrawal amount of 37,000 INR. This pattern of long delays and repeated cancellations is causing me serious concern about the safety and accessibility of my funds. I have also taken screenshots of the withdrawal requests and their cancellation status, which I am ready to provide as evidence. My clear expectation from Binomo is that my withdrawal of 37,000 INR be processed successfully to my Indian bank account without further delay or cancellation, and that I be informed clearly about any issue preventing the transaction so it can be resolved.
