For the past month, I’ve been unable to log into Binance through either the mobile app or my PC. I’ve tried everything to resolve the issue: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and attempting various other solutions. Despite all these efforts, I continue to encounter the same error message shown in the attached screenshot.
This ongoing problem is extremely frustrating, and I need it resolved immediately. Binance, please investigate this issue and restore my access as soon as possible.
