I purchased KEY USD Coin, and I had $2,000 in my account. The coin was later delisted, dropping to around $100, but I could still see my balance. However, now my balance is showing as $0, and the KEY USD Coin itself is gone! I couldn't even withdraw it.
Their Binance USD application is terrible; they even switched it from Turkish to English. This is completely unacceptable. My funds have disappeared, and I'm being denied access to my own money without any explanation.
Binance, you need to fix this issue immediately! Restore my KEY USD Coin balance and return my $2,000! I will not remove my complaint until this problem is resolved. Provide a solution and return my money now!
