I Can’t Withdraw Funds on Binance Due to "Assurance Review Failed" Restriction

I’ve been locked out of using my Binance account due to an unexpected restriction message that reads: "Assurance Review Failed. Based on our Terms of Use and Internal Policy, these features are not available for your account." This error is preventing me from accessing core account functions, including withdrawals and verification—even though I have a balance remaining inside.

I did nothing to warrant this restriction. I haven't received any warning, explanation, or email from Binance clarifying why this is happening. My funds are essentially being held hostage, and I can’t do anything about it. I’ve submitted multiple support requests but have received no real help so far.

I’m urgently requesting Binance to lift the restriction or at the very least provide a clear explanation and return access to my funds. This lack of transparency and control over my own assets is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately so I can access my ₺ balance and continue using the platform as a verified user.
