I’ve been locked out of using my Binance account due to an unexpected restriction message that reads: "Assurance Review Failed. Based on our Terms of Use and Internal Policy, these features are not available for your account." This error is preventing me from accessing core account functions, including withdrawals and verification—even though I have a balance remaining inside.
I did nothing to warrant this restriction. I haven't received any warning, explanation, or email from Binance clarifying why this is happening. My funds are essentially being held hostage, and I can’t do anything about it. I’ve submitted multiple support requests but have received no real help so far.
