On January 25, 2026, while I had an open position in my Binance Futures account through the Binance mobile app, I was unable to place a take profit (TP) order, a stop loss (SL) order, or manually close my position due to what was described as “market volatility and system congestion.” Every attempt to enter a TP, SL, or manually close the trade resulted in the same order error message. I documented this issue with screenshots.

Despite this, Binance representatives claimed that the issue was only related to the TP order. However, if the system had accepted my TP order, my position would have closed in profit. Instead, due to the technical error, the position remained open and resulted in a loss. At the time, I had approximately 70 USDT in my account. When the loss reached a certain level, the system automatically closed my position, causing an actual loss of about 70 USDT. This entire loss occurred due to a technical and system-related malfunction completely outside of my control.

After the incident, I submitted multiple requests over a period of approximately nine days. However, access to customer service was made increasingly difficult. My requests to connect with a live representative were not fulfilled, and I was left dealing primarily with automated AI responses. When I continued to pursue my claim, I received warning messages stating that the chat would be terminated, which made me feel pressured and intimidated as a customer.

Additionally, I shared with Binance correspondence from third parties who claimed to represent Binance and who provided certain information that would supposedly only be known by the company, promising that my loss would be reimbursed. Binance denied any connection to these individuals, but there has been no clear indication that effective legal or preventive measures have been taken to protect users from such fraudulent attempts.

Although it is known that Binance has previously issued refunds to some users who experienced similar issues due to system congestion and market volatility, my request was denied despite facing the same conditions. This has given me the impression that I was treated unfairly and inconsistently. Furthermore, instead of acknowledging the technical failure and compensating my documented loss, I was given inappropriate remarks suggesting that “not everything is about money,” which has seriously damaged my trust in the platform.

My Binance User ID is 803196750. I am requesting a full refund of the approximately 70 USDT loss, which clearly resulted from a system-related malfunction beyond my control.
