I am having trouble reactivating my Binance account. During the liveness check, the process failed to complete successfully, even though I followed all the instructions, including centering my face and ensuring proper lighting. I have attached a screenshot of the issue for your reference (Error Code: 133197). Could you please guide me on how to resolve this problem? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have same problem. I can't even scan my face because of 133197 error.

Same issue here as well. First it was verification issue for weeks, then someone somehow registered device, I locked account straight away. Now unable to unlock
