I Paid More for My Work and Travel Ticket Through Biletsepeti Than I Would Have with THY

I purchased my Work and Travel ticket through Biletsepeti due to time constraints, without having the chance to do thorough research. I was told this would be a more economical option. However, when I later tried to buy a ticket directly from Turkish Airlines (THY) with my student ID, I discovered it was ₺4,000-₺5,000 cheaper. When I contacted Biletsepeti via email, they informed me that they would deduct $150 from my refund, and the installment fees I paid (around ₺3,000) would not be refunded. Moreover, the refund would be issued in installments. I'm now informing my friends directly about this situation before they purchase their tickets. Be aware of this practice. Everything, including baggage allowance and seat options, was the same. This is just another way of profiting from people's circumstances. Be cautious.
