Bibox Won't Let Me Withdraw My Maker Coins

I have been experiencing a serious problem with Bibox regarding my MKR withdrawals since 30 November 2024, and the issue continues up to today. When I try to withdraw my Maker, the platform tells me that the maximum amount I can withdraw is 0.62632546 MKR, but at the same time it states that the minimum amount required to withdraw is 1.0342225 MKR. Because of this contradictory limit, I am completely unable to withdraw any of my MKR. In addition, when I try to exchange my MKR for another cryptocurrency or for USDT, the website does not allow me to complete the transaction, which effectively locks my funds on the platform. I contacted Bibox customer support about this situation. At first they responded vaguely and claimed they could not find my email address in their records, even though I was clearly using my registered account. After that initial exchange, they simply stopped replying to me and have provided no solution or clear explanation. I request that Bibox immediately resolve this issue by allowing me to withdraw my MKR without these contradictory limits and without further delay, or otherwise provide a workable solution so that I am not blocked from accessing my own funds.
