BHT Club Withdrawal Request Rejected - Exit Fee Issue

For the past two days, I've been trying to get my money out of BHT Club, but their customer service team has been totally useless. When I try to withdraw, my request is turned down almost right away, and the system needs ₹2000 just to process the exit. I don't understand what's going on here. Please help me get my money out of the account.
