Betwoon Fails to Provide Bonuses and Offers Terrible Customer Support
I’ve been using Betwoon for 9 months, and it’s been a consistently disappointing experience. They only offer a loss bonus and never provide any other types of bonuses. Winning on this site feels impossible. Whenever I reach out to customer service for help, they dismiss me by saying, "The rules are clear," without actually addressing my concerns.
Their lack of assistance and dismissive attitude make it feel like they’re mocking their users. I want every cent I’ve deposited on this platform refunded. The treatment I’ve received as a customer is unacceptable, and I demand Betwoon take immediate action to resolve this issue.
