Betwoon Customer Support Ignores Users and Delays Payments

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Betwoon’s customer service. They are completely unresponsive and fail to process payments. I have been waiting for a withdrawal, yet they keep delaying it with no proper explanation.

Additionally, they refuse to provide a spin code for their promotions, and when I reach out to live support, they mock customers and abruptly end the chat. I requested a callback, and after 8 hours, I still received no response. When I follow up, they just say “there’s high demand” and that the relevant team will get back to me—which never happens.

I even asked them to close my account, yet they insisted I would receive a call before that could happen. Still, no one has contacted me. This is unacceptable. Betwoon clearly does not value its users and operates with zero professionalism. I demand immediate action on my requests, or I will escalate the issue further.
