On October 16, 2025, I placed a bet through the Betwinner Android mobile app with coupon number 71349263229 on the Nikoloz Basilashvili vs. Giovanni Meshi Perricard tennis match. My bet was Handicap 2 (-1.5). The bet won, but my winnings were incorrectly calculated, as the odds were multiplied by 1, resulting in a significant underpayment.

The stake was ₺37,092, and the odds were approximately 1.77. The expected return should have been around ₺27,900. After the first set, Nikoloz Basilashvili withdrew from the match. According to Betwinner’s tennis betting rule #6, if a player retires or is disqualified, and at least one set has been completed, all bets on the winning player should stand. Despite this, my full winnings were not credited to my account.

I contacted Betwinner customer support, but I was told I could only submit my complaint via email. It has now been three days since I sent multiple emails, but no one has responded.

I request that my bet be settled correctly based on the stated rules and that my ₺27,900 in winnings be credited to my account immediately.
My user ID is 582765*.
