BetterMe! Stop Charging Me for an App I Don't Use At All!

I have been paying €34.56 every month, even though I canceled my BetterMe membership a year ago. I do not want the app anymore, and I no longer have it on my device. I want these payments to stop immediately. I can do my own workouts and do not need this service. This situation is unacceptable, and I need a definite solution to prevent any further charges.
