I Deposited ₺20,000 to Bets10 but Was Pressured for More Payments and Never Refunded
On August 12, 2025, I faced a serious payment issue on the site 1370best10.com. Initially, I was instructed to transfer ₺3,000 to an account under the name Hasret Kayı. Shortly after, I was told I had been made a VIP member and had to deposit an additional ₺7,000—otherwise, I would not be able to get my money back. Over the course of the process, I ended up transferring a total of ₺20,000. All payments were made via IBAN using the “Hayhay” method.
After realizing the situation was not normal, I contacted Bets10 customer service. Unfortunately, no real solution was offered. Instead, they repeatedly demanded more payments, claiming that only after completing these steps would I receive a refund. They had assured me that my money would be returned as part of the VIP membership process, yet nothing was refunded.
I am requesting the immediate return of the full ₺20,000 I deposited. I also expect Bets10 to take responsibility for this issue and prevent other players from facing the same kind of exploitation.
