I submitted withdrawal requests totaling 70,000 TRY from my Bets10 account over two days. On 10.05.2026 at 22:37 I made two withdrawals, first 25,000 TRY and then 20,000 TRY, and on 11.05.2026 around 16:10 I withdrew another 25,000 TRY. The money was supposed to be deposited into my Enpara bank IBAN TR30 0015 7000 0000 0095 8330 56, but by mistake I directed it to my old IBAN TR84 0011 1000 0000 0009 5833 056.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted the support team by email and we exchanged about 30 emails. Despite sending all receipts and documents without omission, they only returned 45,000 TRY to my gaming account, and the remaining 25,000 TRY has still not been deposited. I have been dealing with this issue for a total of 11 days, and for the missing 25,000 TRY I have received no response for the last 5 days.
The support representatives finally stalled me with “the final process has been reached, wait for an email,” but no email or information was provided. Since I know that Bets10 used to be much faster and solution‑oriented in these matters, the current indifference and the prolonged process have seriously disadvantaged me.
I request that the missing 25,000 TRY be deposited in full as soon as possible either back to my Bets10 account or to the correct IBAN, and that a clear, written explanation of the process be provided.
