Bets10 Sent Withdrawal to Closed IBAN and Funds Are Missing

I am a long-time Bets10 user and I would like to report a serious problem I have experienced with my withdrawals. Under the name Rıdvan S***, I requested a total withdrawal of ₺75,000 from my Bets10 account via Enpara. On 10.05.2026 at 22:37, I made two separate withdrawal requests of ₺25,000 each, and on 11.05.2026 at around 16:10, I requested another ₺25,000 withdrawal. These withdrawals were automatically sent to my old IBAN, which is closed, because it was still saved in the system, and I realized this after the process. Since my old IBAN is closed, the money has not been transferred. I contacted Enpara and then explained the situation in detail to Bets10 customer service both via live support and e-mail. I was asked to provide a signed document showing that my old IBAN is not in use, and I sent this document as requested. Despite this, the process has been going on for days, I have received 6–7 e-mails, but there is still no clear result and my money has not been refunded. During this time I was told that the process was being evaluated and that no one’s money would be left in Bets10, so I should not worry. However, it has now been 4 days since the first withdrawal on 10.05.2026, and the length of this process and the uncertainty have started to seriously upset me. I have never had a problem with Bets10 before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I request that the total amount of ₺75,000, which was sent to my closed IBAN saved in the system, be urgently refunded either to my Bets10 account or transferred to my current Enpara IBAN, and that I be given a clear and written response as soon as possible.

I submitted withdrawal requests totaling 70,000 TRY from my Bets10 account over two days. On 10.05.2026 at 22:37 I made two withdrawals, first 25,000 TRY and then 20,000 TRY, and on 11.05.2026 around 16:10 I withdrew another 25,000 TRY. The money was supposed to be deposited into my Enpara bank IBAN TR30 0015 7000 0000 0095 8330 56, but by mistake I directed it to my old IBAN TR84 0011 1000 0000 0009 5833 056.

As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted the support team by email and we exchanged about 30 emails. Despite sending all receipts and documents without omission, they only returned 45,000 TRY to my gaming account, and the remaining 25,000 TRY has still not been deposited. I have been dealing with this issue for a total of 11 days, and for the missing 25,000 TRY I have received no response for the last 5 days.

The support representatives finally stalled me with “the final process has been reached, wait for an email,” but no email or information was provided. Since I know that Bets10 used to be much faster and solution‑oriented in these matters, the current indifference and the prolonged process have seriously disadvantaged me.

I request that the missing 25,000 TRY be deposited in full as soon as possible either back to my Bets10 account or to the correct IBAN, and that a clear, written explanation of the process be provided.

It was stated that there were no issues with the documents and that the amount would be deposited into my account, and that no further email would be required. Afterwards, the account statement was requested again and I sent it. I now want a clear timeframe or a satisfactory explanation.

I deposited 45,000 TL into my gaming account, and for four days they haven't deposited the remaining amount, and I'm fed up with them constantly telling the same story, saying it's under review. I will definitely not choose bets10 for a long time if this keeps happening.
