Bets10 Deposit Not Credited After Successful Bank Transfer
On February 15, 2026, at approximately 4:07 a.m., I deposited $331 into my Bets10 account using the Halkbank FAST transfer method. Although the transaction appears as successful on my bank’s side, the amount has not been credited to my gaming account for over 12 hours, and I have been negatively affected by this delay.
I have only been able to contact Bets10 via email. Responses to my messages have been significantly delayed, and so far, I have not received any concrete resolution. I also sent them the payment receipt, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I urgently request that the $331 I deposited into my gaming account registered under yu**********@gmail.com be credited to my balance immediately. If this is not possible, I demand that the same amount be refunded to my bank account without further delay.
