Bets10 Fails to Credit $267 Bank Transfer Deposit

On February 9 at 11:41 PM, I deposited $267 into my Bets10 account via bank transfer from my Akbank account to the account holder “Arda Nuri Sarı***,” as instructed by the website. Although the transaction was successfully completed, the funds have still not been credited to my Bets10 balance.
After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my account, I contacted Bets10 support. They provided me with reference number 34755093 and told me to follow up through that process. For the past five days, I have repeatedly been told that the issue will be resolved “shortly,” but no action has been taken, and I feel that I am simply being delayed without a real solution.
I am requesting that the approximately $267 USD I deposited on February 9 be immediately credited to my Bets10 account without any further delay. I am not asking for any compensation; I only want my rightful deposit to appear in my account.
