Best10 Fails to Credit $110 Credit Card Deposit Despite Bank Approval

On June 2, 2026, between approximately 5:10 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., I deposited a total of $110 into my Best10 account using my credit card. Even though the transaction was approved by my bank and I have the payment confirmation and receipt documents, the amount has not been credited to my account. After this issue occurred, I contacted Best10 live support and customer service multiple times. I submitted all requested documents and receipts exactly as instructed, but I keep receiving the same responses, and the documents I send are repeatedly rejected without explanation. As a result, the issue remains unresolved. My money has neither been refunded nor credited to my Best10 account. I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed in detail and that either the full $110 be credited to my account or the amount be refunded to my credit card without any further delay.

As long as they don't address these complaints, best10 will continue to be complained about. No matter how many emails I sent to customer service, they kept repeating the same things as if mocking me. That's enough already.
