I Face Unjust Balance Deduction And Withdrawal Issues On Betgaranti

I deposited 1,200₺ on the Betgaranti platform and successfully increased my balance to 14,000₺ through fair gameplay. After submitting a withdrawal request, I was shocked to see that 12,800₺ of my balance was unfairly deducted under the excuse of "unjust earnings." They only left the original deposit amount, claiming it was the only legitimate part of my balance.

Even worse, when I attempted to withdraw my initial deposit, the system would not allow it. Despite their terms stating that withdrawals are processed every 4 hours, they suddenly changed it to a 24-hour waiting period without notice. I feel completely deceived and financially harmed by this situation.
