I Deposited on Betgaranti but They Treated Me Like a Fraud

I deposited ₺394 into my Betgaranti account, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, I was treated like I was using a fake site. Every time I contacted live support, I got a different answer from each representative—no one seemed to know what was going on. They refused to credit the money to my account and then went ahead and canceled all my transactions without giving me any proper reason.

My username is kadir55530 and I can confidently say this platform is anything but secure. Their support is chaotic, their communication is misleading, and there is absolutely no transparency. I didn’t break any rules. I followed every step correctly, and yet they’re treating me like I’m the problem.

I’m calling on Betgaranti to restore my account and immediately return the ₺394 I deposited. If you can lock my account so easily, you should be able to unlock it just as easily—especially when the fault lies on your end. People need to think twice before trusting this platform with their money.
