On 30/10/2015 at 10:34 AM, I made a $14 transfer from the Yapı Kredi Gölcük Branch under my own name, S*** G***, to my Betebet account. However, the amount never appeared in my account. I experienced a similar issue once or twice in the past, but eventually, my deposits were credited after a delay. This time, I contacted customer service and sent all required documents, including the receipt and transaction report. But I was told that no deposit had been received, and the issue was not resolved.
I now request that the transferred amount be credited to my Betebet account or that my money be refunded. I kindly ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
