BetCio Casino Complaint 2025 – Bank Transfer Not Credited, Refund Requested

On October 27, 2025, I transferred $27 through Garanti Bank to the account shared directly on BetCio’s own website. After the transaction, I also sent the receipt. However, the money never appeared in my account.

When I contacted the support team, they told me they no longer had access to that account — even though the account details were posted on their official website. I’ve never experienced an issue like this before. I’m requesting a full refund of the amount I deposited.
