Betandyou Not Crediting My Deposit via Papara

Four days ago, I made a deposit on the Betandyou site with my ID number 372745623 using Papara. Unfortunately, I exited the site without clicking the "confirm transaction" button, but the money was still taken from my Papara account. I sent them every possible form of proof—IBAN details, receipt, PDF, and screenshots—but they haven’t credited the money to my account. They keep stalling and I feel like I’m being ignored. I expect Betandyou to resolve this issue immediately and credit the funds into my account as promised. It’s unacceptable to withhold my money after I provided all the necessary proof.
