BetAndYou Did Not Credit My Deposits to My Account - Is Not Responding

Hi, my BetAndYou account gaming ID is 111504****. Last night, I made three deposits: 20000, 9999, and 2000. None of these deposits have been credited to my gaming account yet, and they are not responding properly. I have chatted with them many times and sent emails, but I still haven't received a response. They took the three different deposit amounts through three different Indian banks, but they are not updating my deposits.

Look how BetAndYou is responding—all payments are marked as successful. How am I supposed to connect with the payment provider? What role does the bank play in this? The payment was successfully transferred to the account they provided. I am attaching a screenshot where BetAndYou asked for the payment, and now they are telling me to contact the payment provider. Please provide the contact details of the payment provider.

Now Betandyou scammers, messaging their customer for paid fake review, they are offering bonus for review. So they can scam with more customers.

Day 11 still my 9999 deposit not updated by them. They are worst. Attaching screenshot of their answer. After taking bank statement still they don't update my deposit
