Last night, I deposited money into my BetAndYou gaming account, but the funds still haven’t appeared. I followed all instructions and sent them the PDF receipt they requested. However, instead of resolving the issue, they asked for a video recording of the transaction via email.
I tried to comply, but the video file is too large to send by email due to resolution and size limits. I’ve been left hanging with no proper communication or solution. I just want my money to be reflected in my account — I did everything right on my end.
