Bestway Won’t Provide Replacement Seals or Tank for Defective Pool Pump
Hello, I have a Bestway pool circulation sand-filter pump. I’ve used it for two summers, but this summer it has really become a problem for me. All of the seals on the motor have broken, and I was unable to obtain replacements. Bestway did not supply the parts. After that, cracks developed under the water tank, and I tried to fix them using my own methods. I tried using adhesive, but it definitely doesn’t hold and it leaks water. I cannot open the motor because when I do, the water drains out. I called Bestway, but they did not support me and told me they cannot supply the water tank. They directed me to another contact, but there was no stock there either. So right now I am very inconvenienced and I need the Bestway water tank. Otherwise, I may have to throw the pump away, and the current value of the pump is about $750.
