Bestway Spiderman Inflatable Boat Splits Open on First Use
On August 31, 2023, I purchased a Bestway Spiderman-model inflatable boat from the seller Medialand on N11. At that time, my son was still a baby, so we only started using the product earlier this month in Osmaniye. During the first use, the boat completely split open during normal use and became unusable. It is clearly a manufacturing defect.
After experiencing this issue, I emailed Bestway. They told me that the product has a 2-year warranty and that I needed to send it to the seller I bought it from. Medialand, on the other hand, said the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and that I need to send it to Bestway. Both companies have been passing responsibility back and forth for about two weeks and have offered no solution. As a customer, I find it hard to understand being strung along like this.
My order number is 207925699510. The product is under warranty and I paid $3 for it. I still have the product and this is the first time I’ve ever had such a problem. I want the product examined and replaced due to the manufacturing defect as soon as possible.
