Bestway Ranger Elite X4 Burst During Normal Inflation

I purchased the Bestway Ranger Elite X4 model this past April from the seller “jetlegelsin” on Trendyol. Today, while inflating the product on land, the bottom section suddenly burst, even though I was inflating it to a normal and safe level. The base collapsed abruptly with a loud pop.

Even though the product is still very new, experiencing such a failure has seriously shaken my trust in the product and caused me inconvenience. I tried to contact Bestway customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone or get any assistance.

I request that the product be inspected and repaired under warranty, or if repair is not possible, that a replacement be provided. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
