I’m very frustrated with the repeated issues I’ve faced on the Best Wallet platform. Previously, I submitted two complaints about my Wepe Coin balance disappearing from my own wallet without any explanation. That problem has still not been resolved. And now, to make things worse, I’ve noticed that my Memex Coin, Flockerz Coin, Mind of Pepe Coin, Solx Coin, BTC Bull Coin, as well as my BNB and Ethereum holdings, have all vanished from my wallet.
I didn’t authorize any transactions or transfers, and there were no warnings, security alerts, or even confirmation prompts. This is unacceptable. Best Wallet is supposed to be a secure platform, but clearly something is very wrong if multiple assets can just disappear without user consent.
I urge Best Wallet to immediately investigate and restore all missing balances—starting with my Wepe Coin losses, which have been pending for too long. I expect a detailed explanation and prompt resolution. This situation seriously undermines my trust in the platform’s reliability.
