Best Wallet Account Recovery Request After Login Failure

For about a month now, I have been unable to log into my Best Wallet account, even though I am entering my account information correctly. I have repeatedly checked both my email and password details, but the system continuously gives an error and prevents me from accessing my account.
During this time, I have tried reaching out through the app and other communication channels, but I have not received any response from customer service. The cause of the issue has not been explained, and no steps have been taken toward a solution.
I am requesting that my access issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I can log into my account without further problems.
