Bershka Sent Wrong Sweater And Delays Full Refund

About three weeks ago, I purchased a boxy fit sweater from Bershka for ₺1,179. However, the product that was sent to me is completely different from the one I ordered in terms of size, color, sex, fit and overall design, so it does not match the product I chose on the website. Last Friday, I contacted Bershka customer service about this issue. At first, they told me that they are a universal brand and that of course they would refund my money, but they did not process any refund. I initially wanted to exchange the wrong item for the correct sweater, but they said that this was not possible. After that, I clearly requested a refund, yet I still have not received my money back. They also informed me that they would only refund the product price and not the delivery fee, even though I received an item that was not what I ordered. I request that Bershka urgently refund the full amount I paid, including the delivery cost, since the mistake is entirely due to the wrong product being sent. I also expect this process to be completed without any further delay and that my complaint be taken seriously so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
