I ordered from Bershka, but even though I haven't received my package, the app and email state it was delivered. This "delivery confirmation" email arrived Friday night at 9 PM, which is frustrating since I can’t reach customer service after 5 PM on weekdays. Why mark it as delivered late at night when I can’t contact anyone about it?
