Bershka Order Marked as Delivered But Never Received – No Customer Support Available

I ordered from Bershka, but even though I haven't received my package, the app and email state it was delivered. This "delivery confirmation" email arrived Friday night at 9 PM, which is frustrating since I can’t reach customer service after 5 PM on weekdays. Why mark it as delivered late at night when I can’t contact anyone about it? Either my order was handed off to the wrong person, or they marked it as delivered just to meet the estimated delivery date. Bershka's online shopping and support are disappointing. I need my order or a prompt solution from Bershka regarding this issue.
