My Severe Allergic Reaction to Bepanthol Sensiderm Cream - No Help from Customer Service

Two weeks ago, I purchased Bepanthol Sensiderm cream from a pharmacy. About an hour ago, feeling dry skin, I applied it to my hands and spread the excess up to my arms. However, within ten minutes, I experienced burning, itching, redness, and mild swelling - all side effects I wasn't expecting. When I called the customer service line, I waited for ten minutes, and although the first person who answered said I needed to wait, I was never connected to anyone. The photo doesn't fully capture the severity of the redness, which is incredibly intense.
