Nivea Derma Control Clinical Stick Deodorant Crumbles

Since I first opened my Nivea Derma Control Clinical stick deodorant, I have been experiencing problems with the product breaking apart and crumbling due to its own consistency. When I apply it to my underarms, it flakes into white pieces and gets all over my underwear, which is extremely uncomfortable during everyday use.

I purchased the product approximately three months ago, and because this issue has continued from the very beginning, I unfortunately have not been able to use it effectively. In addition, because I expected to be satisfied with the product, I purchased two additional sticks as backups. However, because of the problems I have experienced, I now have two more unused stick deodorants that I cannot use.

I request that the product be replaced with the Nivea Clinical liquid roll-on deodorant that I previously used and was very satisfied with. I kindly ask that the necessary investigation be carried out and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
