Sephora Emaar Benefit Brow Bar Appointments Unavailable for Weeks

I have been trying to book an appointment at the Sephora Benefit Brow Bar in Emaar for the past three weeks, but I haven’t been able to get one. They told me there was an issue with the system, yet nothing has been fixed. They also said that new appointments open every Sunday, but I still haven’t been able to book anything. The schedule shows fully booked every single day. Whenever I call and ask, they tell me that there is no one working at the Benefit Brow Bar.
