Unable to Book Appointments with Benefit Services for Over 2 Months

For the past two months, I have been struggling to secure an appointment with Benefit services. Every time I try booking online, either no slots are available, or the earliest appointment is 7-10 days away. Even worse, these appointments often get canceled or rescheduled by the team without proper notice.

As a loyal customer of Benefit for over 6-7 years, I find this lack of organization and consideration very disappointing. Such issues cause significant inconvenience for long-term customers like me. I urge Benefit to address this ongoing scheduling problem promptly, as it’s becoming increasingly frustrating and a potential reason for losing dedicated clients. Please provide a reliable solution immediately.
