Unexpected Charge for Relocating My Beko Air Conditioner

We had a Beko air conditioner installed last year, and the service team caused several issues during the installation. Eventually, it was resolved. This year, due to a house move, the unit needs to be relocated just 12 km away. Despite our smart home system requiring no additional materials, the service quoted us ₺4500 for the move, while the system suggested ₺1600. We were told this by customer service, and it’s been three days without any follow-up. We are left waiting, and this is causing significant inconvenience. The charge is several times higher than the system estimate, and no additional materials are needed, yet customer service hasn't provided a resolution.
