Beko 24000 BTU Air Conditioner Installed Wrongly And Extra Fee Demanded

I recently purchased a 24,000 BTU air conditioner from Beko, and the authorized service team came for installation. However, despite my objections, they insisted on installing the unit in front of my shop, claiming that my pipe length allowance was limited to 7 meters. Later, when I contacted Beko customer service, I was informed that I actually have the right to up to 15 meters. They sent the service team again, but this time, I was told that I would have to pay ₺4,000 to move the installation to the location I originally wanted. I have been dealing with this issue for about 1 to 1.5 months, and every time I contact customer service, I get the same response: “We can move it if you pay the fee.” In addition, I was treated disrespectfully and told, “You can file a complaint wherever you want,” as if I were being dishonest. I bought this air conditioner brand new, and it was clearly stated that installation under warranty would be free of charge. I do not want to pay for the mistake made by the authorized service team. I request that my air conditioner be reinstalled in my preferred location free of charge and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
