Beko 8131 Robot Vacuum, A Disappointing Purchase with Constant Map Erasing

I recently bought the Beko 8131 robot vacuum, and I have to say, I'm very disappointed. This product keeps erasing the map it's supposed to navigate. To be honest, I regret purchasing it. I wish I had known how annoying it would be to always have to remap my space, had this robot vacuum for a month now, if I still had the packaging, I would return it for a refund without hesitation. I'm wondering why I didn't do more research before buying. Tomorrow, I will contact the service center to report this issue.  I have to spend time during my day dealing with a product that is supposed to simplify my life, not make it more complicated. I think a lot of people can understand the frustration of buying something that doesn't meet their expectations.
