BDG UPI Deposit Withdrawal Blocked - Extra Payment Demanded

On 26/02/2026, I deposited a total of 6,700 via UPI on the BDG platform. First, I deposited 2,000, and when I tried to withdraw, the platform demanded that I deposit an additional 4,700, saying that only then the withdrawal would be completed successfully. After paying the extra 4,700 as requested, my issue was still not properly resolved and this situation has made me feel misled. There is no proper support available, and I have not received any clear assistance or explanation from BDG about why I needed to deposit more money just to withdraw my own funds. I request that BDG either allow me to withdraw my full balance without any further conditions or refund the entire amount of 6,700 that I deposited via UPI. I also ask for a clear explanation of this practice and for my account to be handled transparently so that such issues do not occur again.
