I Need BDG Game to Unlock My Account After a Sudden Restriction

I am writing to report an issue with my BDG Game account, which has been locked and is no longer accessible.
On June 4, 2026, I suddenly received a message stating that the “user has been locked.” Since that moment, I have been unable to open the game or log in to my account. Prior to this issue, I was able to access and use my account normally without any problems.
After discovering that my account had been locked, I attempted to contact BDG Game customer support to seek assistance and understand the reason for the restriction. Unfortunately, I have not received any response, update, or guidance regarding my case.
Because I have been unable to access my account or receive support, I am very concerned about the status of my account and any game progress or information associated with it.
I kindly request that BDG Game review my account as soon as possible, determine why it was locked, and remove the restriction if appropriate. I also ask that my access to the game be fully restored and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the reason for the account lock.
