I writing regarding my two BDG WIN g ing app ID which have been unfair locked despite me not violating any rules to my knowledge. My first ID, linked to mobile number **********, was locked on 17 July, and my second ID, linked to mobile number **********, was locked on 18 July. Whenever I try to log in, the app only shows the message “User has been locked” and does not provide any explanation or details. I have a total balance of ₹9600 in these two accounts, which I currently cannot access because of this lock. I request that my IDs be urgently reviewed and unlocked, or that my full balance of ₹9600 be returned to me without any dduction. I expect a clear explanation of why my accounts were locked and a quick resolution so that I do not suffer any further financial loss.
