I am writing regarding my BDG Game account with user ID 2027416. My account has been locked, and when I try to log in I receive the message “Error: 116 User has been locked”. In my BDG Game wallet there is a balance of 4100 that I am currently unable to use or withdraw because of this lock. I want to be able to withdraw this 4100 amount via UPI or have full access to my account again. I request that my BDG Game ID 2027416 be unlocked as soon as possible, or that my full wallet balance of 4100 be paid to me via UPI without any further delay.
