Bauhaus Fails to Deliver Ceiling Paint for Over a Month
The Permolit ceiling paint I ordered online from Bauhaus İzmir has been missing from my shipment for over a month now, and it still hasn't been delivered. My order number is 10551747325_1.
During this time, I've contacted customer service 4–5 times, and each time I was told the process was ongoing and that I'd get a response soon, but neither the product was shipped nor was any concrete solution offered. I paid via bank transfer.
I'm requesting that my Permolit ceiling paint be delivered to me as soon as possible. If delivery isn't going to happen within the next few days, I'm requesting that my order be canceled and the product cost refunded to me.
Hello Unfortunately, my grievance has not been resolved during this time. I request that Bauhaus no longer keep me waiting and that the cancellation process be initiated urgently.
