BGMI Player ID Banned Until 2036: Unban Request for 10-Year Ban

I am writing regarding my BGMI account, which has been banned for 10 years on my Android device. My current Player ID is 55569631172, and I also saw a ban notice on the account with ID 55597705742, stating that it is restricted until 19/09/2036 for violating the rules. I firmly believe this ban is a mistake. I have never intentionally used any unauthorized program, cheat, script or modified game client, nor have I allowed anyone to access my account for such purposes. Before the ban occurred, I only experienced some crashes in the game, and apart from that I did not notice any unusual activity, suspicious teammate behavior, or logins from another device. I kindly and urgently request that you remove this ban and unban my account as soon as possible, after a detailed manual review of both my account and device logs, including recent match history, login history and system records, to verify that I have not engaged in any cheating or rule-violating behavior. If no clear violation is confirmed, I respectfully ask that you lift the restriction and fully restore access to my account. Thank you for your time and support.
