In the ban notice, the end date is shown as 13 October 2036 at 16:04:21, which makes this effectively a 10-year ban. I was not given a clear explanation of the specific rule or policy I allegedly violated, so I do not know the exact reason for this punishment. I have never knowingly used any unauthorized tools, cheats, scripts, or modified game files while playing BGMI. I always intended to play fairly and within the rules of the game. For this reason, I believe there may be a mistake or an automated detection error on my account.
