I access the game on my OnePlus 7 device, and my details are given below. I have been playing on this account for about two years and have always aimed to follow the game’s rules. Because of this, I believe there may have been an issue with my account activity, and I am concerned that my account might have been accessed or used by someone else without my full knowledge. After seeing the 10‑year ban notice in the game, I already submitted an appeal through the in‑game “Appeal” option and also contacted BGMI Support by email. However, I have not received a clear explanation about the specific violation that was detected on my account. I respectfully request that your team perform a complete manual investigation of my account, including my gameplay logs, login and device activity, and the exact trigger for this ban. If the system flagged my account due to unusual behavior, technical issues, or actions that were not under my control, I kindly ask you to take those circumstances into account before enforcing such a long‑term penalty. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account over the last two years. I therefore request that, after a thorough manual review, you fully unban my BGMI account and remove the 10‑year ban.
