BGMI Account Recovery Request After GFX Tool Ban

My BGMI account with in‑game ID 55697244193 has been permanently banned for 10 years due to a stated rules violation. The ban notice on my screen says that my account is banned until 24/07/2036. This decision was a shock for me because I have never used any hacks or cheats to gain an unfair advantage in the game. A while ago, approximately two to three months back, I had installed and used a GFX tool by mistake, thinking it was only for adjusting graphics settings and improving performance on my device. I did not realize this could be considered a violation that would cause such a serious, long‑term punishment. Apart from this, I always played BGMI fairly and invested my time and effort to improve my skills in a legitimate way. I respectfully request that my account be re‑checked in detail and that this 10‑year ban be reviewed. I kindly ask for my BGMI account to be unbanned, or at least for the punishment to be reduced, considering that the use of the GFX tool was a mistake and that I am ready to follow all rules carefully from now on.
